This policy explains how DEONEXUS LLC, doing business as SAXTHEON (“we”, “us”), collects and uses personal information through https://saxtheon.com and our services.

Information we collect

• Information you send through our contact form: name, email, phone number, and optionally company and your message, along with your confirmation that you are 18 or older, your consent, and, if you choose to give it, your consent to receive calls and text messages.
• Information you give us when you book a call: name, email, and anything you write in the booking form.
• Information you send us by email.
• With your consent only, analytics data about how you use the site, collected with anonymized IP addresses.

The revenue leak calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not stored or sent to us.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and to schedule and hold calls you request.
• To provide, operate, and improve our services for clients.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use vendors to run the site and our services, including hosting (Vercel), database storage (Supabase), scheduling (Cal.com), email, and, if you consent, analytics (Google Analytics). They process data only on our instructions.

Calls and text messages

If you opt in to calls and text messages, we use your phone number to contact you as described in that consent. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Age requirement

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with access controls and encryption in transit.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and change your cookie choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights.
